ASG is led by Eric Avila: two-time U.S. Olympic Trials Finalist (1500m), three Olympic cycles as a sponsored professional athlete with Adidas and Hoka, 2021 USATF Road Mile National Champion, and coach of multiple world record holders.

We work with a focused roster of distance runners and track-and-field athletes, from competitive high schoolers and college recruits through professional and post-collegiate competitors. Every athlete we coach trains within The Avila Method, a periodized, aerobic-first system rooted in Threshold methodology.
